These Terms of Use govern your use of thefinancialsafetynet.com and your purchase or use of digital products sold by The Digital Vault. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the products.

1. Seller and contact

2. Digital products and delivery

The Financial Safety Net ebook, Printable Action Pack and Calculator Package are digital products. After successful payment, access instructions are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering a correct email address, protecting your login details and maintaining compatible software and internet access.

If access does not arrive, check spam or junk folders and contact us so we can restore delivery.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. You authorize the stated one-time charges for the products selected at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that the checkout identifies as payable.

4. Personal-use license

Upon payment, The Digital Vault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased files for your own personal, non-commercial household use. You may print copies for that purpose.

You may not resell, share, upload, publish, reproduce for others, sublicense, distribute or create a competing product from any purchased file. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with The Digital Vault or the relevant rights holder.

5. Educational information only

The products provide general financial education and household-planning information. They are not personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, insurance, medical or accounting advice, and no adviser-client or fiduciary relationship is created. Consider your own circumstances, verify information that affects a decision and consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

6. No guaranteed result

Examples, calculations and planning scenarios are illustrative. We do not guarantee savings, debt reduction, protection from loss or any other financial outcome. Your results depend on your circumstances and actions.

7. Refunds

Because these are immediately accessible digital products, purchases are final once digital access has been provided. If we discontinue a hosted access area, we will take reasonable steps to allow affected purchasers to save their files.

The Digital Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. We may update these Terms for future use or purchases. The date above shows the latest revision. A change will not remove rights already provided for a completed purchase unless required by law.
