Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by The Digital Vault through The Financial Safety Net website.

Digital products and immediate access

The Financial Safety Net ebook, Printable Action Pack and Calculator Package are digital products. Access is normally provided immediately after successful payment. Because a digital product cannot be returned once access has been provided, purchases are final after digital access has been issued.

When we will provide a refund or correction

We will correct the problem or provide an appropriate refund when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
  • the supplied file is defective or corrupted and a working replacement cannot be provided; or
  • you cannot access the product and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time after you contact us.

If only one item in a multi-product order is affected, any refund may be limited to the price paid for that item.

Change-of-mind requests

We do not provide change-of-mind refunds after digital access has been issued, including where a customer has not yet downloaded or completed the product. If you contact us before access has been issued, we will review the request; however, because delivery is normally immediate, that period may be very short.

How to request help

Email [email protected] promptly and include:

  • the email address used for the order;
  • the approximate purchase date;
  • the product affected; and
  • a short description or screenshot of the problem.

Please do not send full card details. We may request reasonable information to locate and verify the transaction.

How approved refunds are paid

An approved refund will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a refund, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
